my wife is filing her I-485 based on my filed I-485 under EB2. Do I need to include an affidavit of support I-864.

It is sad to see nobody coming forward for help. It is everybody's fight. When someone takes initiative we should all help. There is nothing to fear while meeting lawmakers.
All members in Georgia, please contact brij523 by sending him PMs and help him with chapter tasks. It is important that we all participate in our own state chapters.
Coming to this site annonymously and posting all kinds of ideas for others to implement, or posting strategiic direction and commenting will not help. Members are fearful of even giving the correct email ids to us. Thousands of our emails bounced this week when we sent an email to our members. We want everybody to roll up their sleeves and participate in meet the lawmakers drive.

I got approved H1-B notice on 30th Dec 2008 from CSC. My previous expired H1-B date ends with 02/14/2009, but my current newly approved one starts with 02/26/2009. So there is a gap of 11 days between those. Currently I'm on job. Does it really means out-of-status?. Do I need to run February pay check with less hours and officially in vacation?.
Please advice me.

I think that is a mistake either on the USCIS part or on your attorney's part (he/she probably filled out the wrong dates in the I-129). Check your filing docs and ask your attorney to see if he/she can get it corrected.
Since this is a future date, you are not out-of-status yet but, you will be for those 11 days if it is not corrected.

I donot think that these people are directly responsible for creating the issue in the first place....It is a reactive response to the anti-immigrant postures of many candidates...Also people like are us are not eligible to donate to immigrantList...Only citizens or premanant residents can contribute to immigrantList.....
